ABOUT THE LEAGUE

Kelowna Super League is the Okanagan's Premier Men's Volleyball League. Here are some reasons why!

The Only All-Male Volleyball League

KSL is the only all-male adult volleyball league in the Okanagan region

Easy to Participate

Games are centrally located, take place on Sunday evenings, and there are no games on holiday weekends

Rosters are limited to high-performance players for the best competition in the Valley

The schedule and times for games are already set, with no hassle / changes allowing teams to plan accordingly

Fielding a Team

Are you interested in fielding a team in the Kelowna Super League? Here is some quick information; please reach out using the form link should you have any other questions!

1. GAME FORMAT: Games are best of five, with 2-3 games per night. There is a minimum of 4 teams in the league, and a maximum of 6 teams.

2. GAME TIMES / DATES: Games are on Sunday Evenings, from 5-9PM at Kelowna Christian Middle School and running October 20 - March 9th, with breaks for holidays and Christmas.

3. PLAYER CALIBER: As an elite league, we ask each player have played high-performance volleyball. University / College experience is preferred, but exceptions are made for talented players whose careers were cut short by opportunity / injury.

4. ROSTER SIZE: Teams need a minimum of 8 players per team with a maximum of 10 players. Additionally, the league will have a sub list available for those unable to commit to a team.

5. LEAGUE COST: The league costs are broken down into pay installments, $800 for the first half (Oct 20 - Dec 15) and $800 for the second half / playoffs (Jan 12 - Mar 9), roughly $160 / player for the full 16 week season.

SCHEDULING

Team games run weekly (holidays excluded) from Oct 20 - Dec 15 & Jan 12 - Mar 9. Scheduling & communication is done using the TeamLinkt App

FACILITIES

All games take place at Kelowna Christian Middle School on centre court, with high ceilings and plenty of room for extended serving / rallies

Each team will receive warmups / game shirts that they can use during play. Team colour choice is FCFS, so register quickly!
